This info is for those of you who were
just wandering in the cyberspace and by accident, or deliberate action of your mouse got into this site...well...as you can
tell it is about music...this is a website of my Polish radio show that I've been hosting for 9 years at the Central
Connecticut State University's Radio Station-WFCS. My major motivation to start my own radio show was to try to change the
stereotype that Poles listen only to the Polka music (just an FYI: Polka is NOT Polish, for some crazy reason it was adopted
by the older generations of Polish-Americans, and they claim that it is Polish...it's Bohemian...), disco-polo and
techno...which is for the most part not true. I know that the music that I play kicks.... :-) I play a lot of Polish rock,
metal, punk, reggae (yes, there is such a thing as Polish reggae!! :-) and sometimes some "ska" music, and rarely
some Polish hiphop. Tune in and listen! You can listen to it online when my show is on (Wednesdays 6-8 PM starting Sept.
